You can find these credentials under the ‘Add Endpoint’ feature in the PBX platform. Share them with your agents, who can then use them for connecting.

Want to track a specific extension? The PBX offers a BLF (Busy Lamp Field) feature that allows you to monitor an extension. When adding your endpoints to the system, simply enter the extension number you want to track.
